Product Relabeling Request

The original device manufacturer (ODM) submits this form to inform the Car Connectivity Consortium that another vendor (the Reseller) will be selling their MirrorLinkTM certified product. An assessment will be made to determine if the Reseller is eligible to use the MirrorLinkTM word mark and MirrorLinkTM logo. Also, additional MirrorLinkTM compliance testing may be required of the Reseller’s product in order to be eligible to use the MirrorLinkTM word mark and MirrorLinkTM Logo with this product. If testing is required, the ODM and Reseller will be notified with the test requirements.

Upon approval, a new MirrorLinkTM ID (MLID) will be assigned to the Reseller’s product and notification will be provided to both the ODM and Reseller.
